Suggested Use: Take one (1) Capsule three times per day. take every day. Must be taken on a full stomach. For best results take four to eight (4-8) consecutive weeks. A four (4) week break between cycles is recommended.
A50 Cycle
A50 - Arimedex-HD - 1 M.R Power
Day 1 – One capsule three times/day (total of 3 capsules). Must be on a full stomach. We recommend taking 1 capsule after/with breakfast. One after/with lunch. One after/with dinner. 1 scoop of 1 M.R Power 15 minutes before workouts.
Day 2-4 – Pick one meal and double up dose for that meal (i.e. one with breakfast, two caps with lunch, one with dinner). You may choose the meal you wish to double up on. 1 scoop of 1 M.R Power 15 minutes before workouts.
Day 5-7 thru end of cycle – same instructions as Day 1.
Arimedex-HD
Begin taking 4 weeks into A50 and continue for 4 weeks after A50.
Follow instructions on side panel – one capsule daily with food.
