Directions: Take one scopp of Solid Mass with 10-12 oz of your favorite beverage 2 times daily, preferably 8 hours apart. For best results take one servings 30 minutes before your workout and one serving 30 minutes before a meal. On non workout days, just take one serving 30 minutes before a meal.
